Hi,

There are DIY plans on RC for a similar type of venturi. The best thing is that your Maxijet has all of the necessary parts to build one.

Let's just say...the parts that came with my maxi-jets aren't here any more....

Sam W posted the best idea if you do not want to buy the venturi.
You could cut a few of the slots out of the filter unit for the powerhead a little closer to the intake and just jam the airline in place.

Much easier I think
