Default BA Gone - Now where do I get salt?

I was buying my salt on boxing days from BA in Calgary at about $30 a pail. I go through over 600 gallons of mix a year, 4+ pails of Instant Ocean so where is everyone getting/going to get their salt from now?

Have a great day

I get mine from Gold's ... I think it varies from person to person, and from brand to brand... some stores have one brand while others do not, etc...

Gold's for me.

Although what with the situation with Kent lately, this may be a moot point, but I think you can get Kent up at Pisces.

I've been a Kent user for a couple years, used IO before that, but am now starting to think about switching back or trying one of the others. Not really sure what my next bucket is going to be now.

On that note and maybe I should start another thread, but has anyone had issues with ph (using distilled/di water) and Instant Ocean salt?

I have been using IO salt and DI water for the last year and have had no problems. My fish love it! Golds and Ocean Aquariums both sell IO salt for $60 a bucket.

Personally I'm keeping my eyes open for seachem's new salts - haven't spotted them locally yet.

Watch the calgary and edmonton forums - semi annually there are people travelling to vancouver for big group orders, much cheaper to get salt then and stock up.
