Default Help with wiring up 70W MH and Ballast...

Okay, not 2 sure what i'm doing wrong here, but i can't get my MH to power up for the life of me....... its a ARC Electronic Ballast Model: 110MH070

any ideas? anyone have one of these??

Ok, I don't get anything on a search of that ballast number or on the name ARC (well related to ballasts anyways) so unless you can take a pic of the wiring diagram on the ballast...

GRD / L / N are pretty simple... LL / LH actually don't matter - the bulb should light either way it's oriented.

Do tie in a grounding wire from the fixture to the power ground, made a noticeable difference on mine getting it to fire.

Email ivan and get him to send you a new ballast - these ballasts seem to be troublesome (I just gave up on mine and got a 150 w/ magnetic ballast from dez).
