Black Ich

My wife pointed out to me that my two false Percula's have black spots all over thier bodies. I have never saw this before and was trying to find out what it could be. They seem to be the same as normal swimming and eating wise. The spots look smooth as if painted on? Any thoughts on how to treat? I also have a Maroon clown in the same tank who looks heathy with now signs of the spotting.
