Default Cleaning a powerhead (Seio)

I notice my Seio isn't running at full force. How do I clean it to get it running again at full force? I heard vinegar?? But how do you do it? Fill up a bucket with vinegar and let it sit for a while?

Thanks for any input.

that's what I do. If it's really bad I bring out a toothbrush and scrub it down. make sure you clean the magnet and impeller housing too...that's a crucial area to keep clean

I realise you said it is all clean, but I will still mention that they include extensive cleaning instructions with a new seio.
