Default identifying clownfish

Hi all,
I'm having trouble posting my pics. (is this site Mac-friendly??)
Anyways, I've accidently deleted my last post, but here's the problem again. I'm trying to identify my new clownfish. I thought it was a false perc but now I'm not so sure. Notice the lack of black edges of the fins.

I think my pics are showing up as html links. Can anyone see them, and identify my new fishy? Thanks!

Does not look like either a perc or a false perc (ocellaris).

Here's a video of my 2+ year old ocellaris pair for comparison. Sorry that the file is so big ......

Here's an RC thread that has pics of all kinds of clowns .....

Thanks Beverly, I found a pic of an Allard's clown, which it looks alot alike. The link you posted also showed a 3-banded clown which may be it. The clown is still quite young, I wonder if it may develop more identifiable markings as it ages.

Oh man.. if you scored some allardi your very lucky. Those are rare clowns .. or fairly rare anyhow. Where'd you score them? It could also be a juvi Clarkii.. but it's hard to tell. Ask on RC for an ID in the clownfish forum.. lots of knowledgable people there.

If you ever find you need to get rid of them,, shoot a PM my way, I'd take them in a heart beat.

Default clown?

According to Wilkerson: Allard's have a distinctive narrow midbody stripe and head bar that tapers down.
My vote is juv. Clarkii......still a nice fish and since Clarkiis are big you will know soon

I went back in and talked to the manager. Yep, it's a juv. Clarkii. Such pretty colours!
