Default Aquasafe ro/di discharge line question

Finally hooked up the unit.

Says to fill and flush bladder. Assume with the faucet off, when water stops from the yellow discharge line, bladder's full?

I don't think its the resevoir that needs to be flushed so much as the DI and final filters. I do the same proceedure every time after replacing those.
