Default Evaporation

How much water evaporates from you reef tanks? I am losing about 4 liters a day! I have 2x 250 watt MH on a 90 gallon.

My open top 170 evaporates about 3g/day at the moment.

My 155g, before the chiller, lost 5g per day. My current 75g loses about 5g, every 5 days.

I have a 94 gal with two 250 watt MH and I figure I was loosing about 5 gal per day befor I got my chiller now I am down to about 2 to 3 gal per day.

My 120 looses about 2 gal a day. I have 2 x 250mh and 4 x 110wt vho . Temp average is about 79 .

My 30g looses about 1g per day.

230g - 4-5 gallons per day. Currently using one salt bucket rigged for auto top-off, just to get the thrill of filling the auto-topoff every day instead of pouring it into the sump

2 gal per day give or take - depends if i have the fan on or not
