Default Brave? or just stupid?

Well I moved my maroon down to the sump She started going after the Royal Gramma. BANISHED! So I moved the pair of true percs up in her place. With them I decided to bring up the fish eater.. My Saddleback anemone.

Get this..

My Six line insists on swimming near the thing constantly. under it, through it's folds.. Everywhere.. Won't leave it alone.. The Perc's chase it away. back it comes..

Brave??? Or just stupid... You be the judge....

I vote for stupid. One thing that is odd though, why isn't it being stung? Interesting piece of reef fact; some nematocysts of Stichodactyla spp. anemones are capable of piercing a clam shell and are fired with a velocity of 40,000G! I think the most force a human can withstand is something along the lines of 11G.

I have no clue Troy. It swims right between the opening of a fold. Within milimeters.. nothing.. It sure get's the perc's all in a fit tho.

It does seem to ceck out the underside of it for lunch tho.

I do know how strong the sting is form that anemone tho.. It has stung me a few times.
