Default Six line wrasse

I recently bought a six line wrasse and it hasn't been eating. I've been trying to feed it a mixture of shrimp, clam & bloodworms but it just totally ignores it.

Hi Alan,

How are things? I've had it for about 6 days now. The tanks about 6 months old now, and the Wrasse is the first fish I've put in it.

Are you mincing the food up into fairly small pieces? A sixline can't eat large food easily, and may be ignoring what it can't manage. Also do you have lots of pods? My sixline is always picking at pods and stuff. Its possible that yours just isn't hungry if its getting a constant meal all ready.

Thanks. I'll try mincing up the food a bit more. I don't have a tonne of pods in the tank.
