Go get the "new" Microsoft antispyware beta, which is just Giant antispyware. This is byfar the best spyware/malware remover available.

It'll wipe whatever ails your machine.

LMAO "Microsoft and Best" those are 2 words that should never be in the same sentence!!!

First of all what have you attempted yourself? just so we dont tell you things that you have already done

secondly, goto trendmicro and run a online scan that whay the trojan cant disable and software that you are trying to run

have you attemped to use hijackthis to remove the trojan?

Does a person simply remove ALL the things a program like "hijack this" finds on your system? Or do you just remove the high threat issues ?

In this case they can be. As I stated, M$ anti spyware beta is just Giant antispyware software. Microsoft bought them out. It IS the best, and honestly, if someone is asking for software to remove it, its probably safe to say going into the system32 folder and the registry to delete malware is beyond their capability.

golden69_ca, go grab the software and run it, its really good.

One single program is rarely enough to get rid of the particularly bad stuff, in my experience... I use Hijack This to start, and then a suite of about six apps, and often some good ol' Regedit.
