Default Miracle Mud not so much miracle?

Just found a link on RC to this:

Rather interesting.. Anybody running Miracle Mud in any of their systems?

I had read that too - some people swear by it though. Some of the nicest tanks I've seen are run by miracle mud.

yup i run it and am fairly happy with it. that said next fuge based system i run i won't pop that $$ for the mud. i think i can get away with another type of substrate and add some trace minerals once and awhile.
