Default Pics of my 20 (don't laugh too hard)

Nothing amazing here.. just thought I'd share. Spent two hours this morning picking all kinds of fun algae. Time to invest in the RO/DI unit. I can't keep up with this stuff.

Livestock:

1 Hammer frag
1 Branching Frogspawn
3 BTA's .. you can only see two in this shot.
1 Zoanthid rock
1 Candycane

2 CB Ocellaris (up for sale with a BTA too!!! FYI)
1 Yellow Watchman Goby
Only 4 Scarlet Hermits
3 snails? (not sure which type)

I am running a 2x65w PC's (aqualight) I wouldn't mind doing a lighting upgrade once these kick the bucket... something with more "shimmer" ?

a 150w HQI metal halide would be nice and slick on a 20g and will give you a nice "shimmer"

hmm, I am a complete dummy when it comes to the lighting aspects of this hobby. But that only seems like a few more watts than I already have, and I would be able to get that MH shimmer appearance to my reef... hmmm.....

Mh give more punch when it comes to brightness. You'll get nice shimmer with surface aggetation with mh.I run a 250 watt 10000 k with actinic and get real nice shimmer.

Scott the tank looks great

Three BTA's is a lot, are you running a protein skimmer, if not I would bump up your water changes by a few gallons. If you are protein skimming, then I would say yes, your next step is an RO/DI- there worth every penny in this hobby
