Default Float switches

Wondering where I can buy a float switch locally, I'm 3/4 way through building a 15 Gallon sump and find it doesn't fit under my new tank. I was going to use a Kent ABS but would like to try an electric float switch as I'll be using a 10 gallon aquarium now (or smaller).

Go to Pacific Controls in Vancouver, they will have what you are looking for.
The number is 604-879-6711

Robert thanks for the info but I had to cough at the $76 price tag.
I'll figure out how to make the kent one work.

Default Electric Float switch

GO to Acklands/Grainger - Ask for Liquid level float switch --Madison,Part #2A554
It cost about $10.00
Can be used both constant On or Off

That sounds a heck of a lot more reasonable. The person I was talking to at Pacific Controls was telling me I need stainless etc etc, I told him there should be one much cheaper but he said no.
Thanks for the info I'll be in contact with them soon.

Other alternatives... Ivan at aquaria.ca sells em - 10$ singles, but the price drops quick in quantities...

Nice plastic switches too - use one of them for the auto top off on my 2.75
