Small tank

I'm looking for a small tank (30~40 gal) with accesories. My friend wants to set up a small tank for a trigger fish. This will be his first salt tank. So he would like most of the basic things included. Pay reasonable amount. Prefer in Edmonton

Should have gotten one of those $20 42gal tanks at PJ's (drilled). I went last night and they are all gone!!! Paul wants a Trigger? Cool
