Default dehumidifier

Selling a dehumidifier. I believe for up to 1000 sq/ft. It is slightly over a year old. Pulls out tons of moisture out of the air and aids a lot with weeping windows. Since getting rid of my 180 gallon, and 150 gallon, and 54 gallon tank, I don't need it any more. It is the same one that Delphinus has.

$75, was two hundred something new. Can deliver to Calgary on the 20th if Calgarians are interested.

Dez,

How does this thing work? How and where do you have to hook it up so the humidity leaves the house?

how much power does one of those suckers use?

i already have power issues in my parents basement where my 180 is currently at...

but i tell ya, once you walk down those stairs to the basement, sometimes it feels like you just got off the plane in the tropics...

Bev, there is a 3 gallon container on the bottom part of the unit that is part of it. This container gets emptied whenever it gets full. It automatically shuts of when the unit is full. You can hook it up directly to a floor drain as well so that it goes out that way.

I have no idea how much power it uses. I had it on a timer for pretty much eight hours a day while I was working and also whenever we were out for the evening I'd turn it on and didn't see much change in the power bill.

Dez, you should try posting on RC. That thing will probably sell pretty quick if you are willing to ship it...
