Default Do sps's polyp colour change under different lighting?

Saw a pink lemonade with pinkish polyp colour vs mine which has the brown polyp colour, I know sps's body can change colours but how about the polyps?

Yes different wavelengths of light will highlight the different pigments on the coral so under a standard light everything looks brown or a dull green but change the colour spectrum and watch the colours pop out

Lots of things influence SPS color - body pigments, polyps, corallites, all of it. Mainly lighting, flow, water column nutrients, and nutrition.

Usually dark brown means either high nutrients in the water column or not enough light (or poor quality light). Light brown may mean the Acro isn't getting enough nutrition.
