Default white bugs on frogspawn

So I have a frogspawn that is suffering. It has tiny white bugs on it. I have tried coral rx dip and a freshwater dip. Bugs were reduced but not completely. I have done my research and it appears the solution is a discontinued heartworm medication called interceptor. Called a few vets, no luck. Can anyone help me solve this problem.

Default white bugs

I had these in my LPS tank at one time and used hydrogen peroxide to kill them. I dipped all my LPS in a 50/50 solution of 3% peroxide and water for 3mins each and then rinsed them off in saltwater. Did it twice in 3 weeks and it killed all them white bugs. My corals seemed unaffected by the peroxide dip.

Read up on BAYER. Seems to kill almost all pests... Coral don't react at all, gentle treatment. Peroxide can definitely work too, just don't over do it.

Do you know what stores carry Bayer? My local HD doesn't have it.

Milbemax for cats?
That runs between 5 and 10 for a 4mg tablet depending what vets charge if you can get a vet to dispense it
Much much cheaper then sentinel.
Next size up is 16mg tablets.

This might be the case, a few members have mentioned not being able to find it here locally...
Mine came from Lowe's in Bellingham.
