Default 1 1/2" valves that open/close easily

I am lookin at some decent 1.5 " valves for my drain line where is the best place to get them seems the ones for home depot and Rona are tight as hell to turn, not sure if that changes when they are wet. Like look like the ones I am replacing which I can no longer close off the tank,

Unless someone recommends the ones from Rona

I want something like I have for the return line

See Pic'

if its for a drain you could use gate valves way more adjustable than a ball valves , I got mine at concepts for a good price .

Yeah get a gate valve for sure on the drain line. If you dont want to buck up for those, they have better ball valves at western pump, but they arent cheap either.
