Default 250W Ballasts

I've got 3 Sun Aquatics 250W SE Metal Halide bulbs. Two are 10K and the other one is 14K. My question is which magnetic ballasts to use with these bulbs. I was looking at getting electronic ballasts and wanted to price out regular ballasts to see what the cost difference would be.

Thanks
John

From one of Venkiw's earlier posts:

Works on Probe/Pulse start ANSI ballast.
So, it should work on either the Probe (ANSI M58) start or Pulse (ANSI M138) start ballasts.

I would stay away from the 58, if you are going to buy a ballast at least get the M138 (pulse start) or go with the M80 (HQI) the HQI will cost about 30ish more but worth it in payback in light out put.
