Default Not sure how to treat my wrasse

I have a female solar wrasse who's been in QT since Dec 9th.
She has a white spot on an eye that didn't seem to bother her while undergoing hypo, but since I've raised the tank back to 1.025-6 she's started flashing her eye against stuff.

Before I went hypo, I ran Prazi for a week.

Should I run Metro for a week in the water column ? I also have Kanaplex. Or something else ?
I have Furan-2 on hand, but I don't think it applies here. And Kanaplex appears to treat the same stuff as Furan-2.
I don't want to medicate what I don't need to, and there are other fish in the QT that I wanted to put in the DT this weekend ...
If I hear nothing back I'm going to lean towards using Metro.

I hope Mindy or Albert will chime in here

Thanks everybody

OMG

Seachem Metro states to use it every 2-3 days for up to 3 weeks

Hope someone can steer me in the right direction here ...

Guess I'm not putting any QT fish in my DT this weekend

K, screw it, the tang is going into the DT this weekend, and the other 3 are getting a week of Metro
Then next weekend they get to go into the DT too

My thoughts are whatever is on the eye of the wrasse hasn't transferred to the other fish in 2 months, so the tang is being set free

The other 3 are being held back together as I have a release sequence I want to follow. Plus I need to keep trying to get the anthias eating pellets

Mind made up ... metro it is

Does it look like a fluke? If so I would do prazipro again , or you could always do a freshwater dip to try and knock them off. Sometimes one week of prazipro isnt enough. I do a 5 day treatment and then do a big waterchange, add carbon and then start another 5 day treatment the next day.

Metro is used to treat bacterial infections isn't it?

Yup bacterial and parasitic as well, hence me wanting to use it to rid my poor little girl of her eye mark

Whatever she has didn't go away with a round of Prazi before hypo, and seems to have started to irritate her now that she's back in 1.026
Leads me to believe it's something that can survive in lower salinity, but doesn't help me with medicating.

Any thoughts Jessie ?

Flukes is the only thing that comes to mind when I hear about a white mark on the eye. Other than that I'm not really sure.
