Default Flat Worms

I have just noticed little white specks on my glass. I have asked many people but they just said they were flat worms. Also whenever I turn on the light they all swim to the surface. Any help would be needed and are they bad.

Matt, almost certainly not flatworms. Is your tank reasonably new? Most likely they are small copepods, which are always a good thing to have. And welcome to the board!!
