Default Reef Cement

I'm in the process of aquascaping my tank with some complex idea - overhangs, shelves, etc.

Does anyone know anything about a 'reef cement' type product available locally which I can use for my aquascaping?

Something similar to a product made by Nyos.

I've used epoxies in the past but didn't care for the cure time.
