Check out primo reef acrylics in Toronto. Primo makes awesome stuff.

He made my 50 gallon 3 chamber sump.

Do you really want acrylic? Go with starfire glass. my DT is starfire and its great! Won't scratch as long as your careful. I use a sponge and do it by hand. Its manual and tedious but patience is a virtue in this hobby.

Decided to go glass... Acrylic isn't worth the extra investment unless the tank is huge!!
