Is this not the heater that has been recalled for making fish tanks into hot tubs?

I believe those were the black Marineland Stealth heaters, they failed on, at least mine did. Now those were bad.

There is a thread on RC where several people had cobalt heaters exploded in their tanks. In the same thread, someone even claimed that cobalt (unofficially) admitted there might be manufacture fault in some of their heaters. Go to RC and search for cobalt.
