Default Randy's 2-Part what products to use and where to get them

I'm a newb to using Randy's 2-part but thought I should share my experience

I'm using less of the new stuff than the old Seachem and Brightwell's powders

I used to use 105+ ml/day of Alk/Ca and 60ishml of Mag
I'm now using (give or take) 70ml each of Alk/Ca and about 10ml of Mag

This 2-part stuff is potent and saving me big money annually
I've dropped my annual dosing costs from $140-50 to $30 or so

I've recently received numerous PMs asking where I buy my stuff, so here you go;

Epsom Salts 4Kg for $8 and Baking Soda 2Kg for $4 @ Walmart
Calcium Chloride (Dowflake Xtra) 20Kg for $26 @ Home Hardware
Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate 10Kg for $39 from Canreef member TimT

TimT has other sizes and prices, so contact him for more buying options

Default

Update;

I've stopped using DowFlake Xtra. I just wasn't comfortable using something sold as 'ice melter' and 'dust controller' in my tank.
I'm now using J&L's Shlobster brand Calcium Chloride
