Olympus EPl-1 Help

Hello I have a olympus EPL-1 that i need help with. I need to get the best settings for taking pictures of corals and fish. Can anyone help me with the settings. Also what kind of lense should i get? any input would be very help ful lately ive just been adjusting my photos on my computer afterwards which is a PITA.
