Aquarium Service Job offered

We are a North Shore Aquarium Sales and Service company looking to hire an Aquarium Service Technician on a 3 day per week to start position to service our clients. Position requires driving to and from clients on a set schedule and performing routine maintenance and other tasks. Days required to work are flexible however mondays, thursday and fridays ideal. Work truck and tools provided. Some training provided although see below for prefered requirements.

Ideal candidate has aquarium hobbyist experience in BOTH freshwater and saltwater aquariums. MUST be familiar with reef tanks, different equipment, filters, sumps, plumbing, water chemistry, fish, corals, inverts, etc. Must be friendly and outgoing with previous customer service experience. MUST have a clean full drivers license. Ideal candidate should live close to the North Shore as our base is located in North Van.

Preference given to applicants with aquarium plumbing and repair knowledge. Those applicants with no aquarium experience or no saltwater aquarium experience will NOT be considered.

3 days to week to start, 8 or so hours per day, $13 training wage to start, $15 per hour with performance evaluations every 6 months up to a possible $20/hr.
