Tough to tell without detail of what its legs and head look like... Is it dead? I'd scoop it out

no legs not that i can tell i can see 2 little black eyes.

Try taking a photo using a flashlight, your cameras flash will just bounce back. I had some black eyed worms that were bad news (Oenone Fulgida) if it's one of those, bad news for snails.

Tweezer extraction and throw it in a container for better pics would also work
