Not good!! , search for "reef wars" method to getting rid of them , its a pain in the ass but works!!

Yellow corris wrasse is a good way to get rid of them if you have the space for another fish , mine was a fantastic pest hunter , never bothered shrimp or hermits either.

I had them as well, it's about a three week process of dipping. I have a yellow coris as well. He is got for preventative but you still need to dip to kill them all and check for eggs, pull those and dip again.
