YYC - Looking for 20-25 gallon rimmed Display w/ sump and stand

Hey I am looking to upgrade my system temporarily until I can get my custom build going. I am looking for a larger tank to experience more versatility using a sump'd system. I have a jbj 12g Nano, with DIY LED with dimmer. I may sell this tank after I upgrade or, if anyone is interested, trade for the larger system.

Please let me know the dimensions of your build, and your asking price. As the title reads, looking for between 20-25 gallons but I am also considering 30-35 gallons. I would really like these tanks to be rimmed because my light fixture will require it. I am looking for pretty much any size and shape within the gallon range, except bowfronts... not a fan, also let me know if plumbing is included or not as well as the prices of those parts.

I am in South Calgary down near (22x) now the Stoney Trail ring road.
