Default LF Pump

I am looking for a pump for my new tank. I am pretty sure that I need one that is at least 400 gph.

I am not quite sure yet. I am pretty new to the hobby. I have looked up the pro's and con's of each, but still am not sure what I want exactly, I just know that I need a pump that gets water to my display from my sump.

What size tank do you have?

400g/hr after head loss? If so, what is the height?

I have a few spare internal pumps and also live in Burnaby, but I need some idea what it is you really need/looking for in terms of the pump.
