Default What is this attached to my glass?

I was scrubbing my tank with mag float and discovered these attached to my glass.

Can someone identify?

Its the object in the middle of the pic.
Thanks

Are you talking about what is coming up from the sand (worms) or what is just above it?

Does it move? Could be a flat warm if so but I cant really tell from the photo.

Can you get a better one?

It doesn't move as far as I can tell. Its the root looking object just above the sand.
