Default DIY rock work

I don't see a thread on this , what's safe to use what's not . Was thinking of using PVC piping for the base then covering with broken up live rock and super glue or some kind of cement . Then I could drill holes in the piping and hook up a pump and have flow where ever I please , like near my sps ? Good winter project

PVC piping is fine. You can also use acrylic rods drilled into the rock work for support. Black cable ties to hold rocks together or to hold the rocks onto the pipe work is another option. Epoxy glue can also support the rocks.

Yah I was thinking a combination of epoxy , super glue and silicon and ties.
With crushed rock , and few bits of live rock and sand .

Just make sure the silicone is aquarium safe, most have mold and mildew inhibitors.

See what I got in mind is full PVC piping support that I can hook up a pump to. Then drill holes at the top around my sps , it be kinds like steam vents in the ocean but not Steam. It's going to be a full piece for my new 75 gallon tank I got from concepts . Tank is 44" x 24" x 20

Using rock rumble to cover as much as I can ,then glue shells and sand and crush coral to cover more of the PVC . I plan on using black sand with whiter rock then I got now. I got 45 pounds of live rock for my sump so I might mix a few nice pieces in to . It's going to be interesting .
