Default Rapid LED Cree RB differences?

Just rebuilt my lights. 3 pendants, 1 50W 20000K Ebay chip, and 8 XT-E RB per pendant. The RB are 4 on each pendant on a driver. One pendant had a bunch of LED's that are Dim after a day. Current is 1.3A very good cooling, Huge heatsink.

One think I noticed tho, is the 50W chip on the pendant that has the dim LED's doesnt shut off. All driven by Meanwell 60-48 dimmable drivers. and all others shut off. A couple RB on the center pendant are not as bright either. Anyone had Cree's just die? They were all same bright yesterday I'm sure. like 98% sure LOL

I was always under the impression that the RB XT-E were run at 1050mA? Maybe you over drove them?

As far as the lights not turning off, you should be running a timer or power controlled module to kill power to the drivers when they are run down to 0v on the 1-10V circuit. Some drivers tend to continue to supply some current even at 0v (I had one do this).
