Default Hair algae on overflow lip

Wondern what would be a good cure for green hair algae on my overflow lip? Doesnt grow in tank, Just on the lip, which causes the tank level to rise as the algae builds up. I run a fairly high level as it is. Hits my Eurobrace with the algae and the wave. I'm tired of scraping LOL

I have a Foxface, he ain't interested either
