Default Pairing Yellow Watchman Gobies

Does anyone have any experience with pairing Yellow Watchman Gobies after one has been in the tank for several months? Are they like Clownfish that change sex after the heirarchy is established?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think your best bet is going to be placeing 2 or 3 new ones in the tank or reaserch the differences between males and females i would do this for you but i have to go here for a little bit but when i come back i will look for you.
