Hi Everyone,

We have added 3 new products to our on-line and in-store catalog. They are...

Please note that our Wavline order is still en route, we expect to ship late next week. We are therefore on Pre-order phase.

Will you be handling warranty support for the RLSS products that you sell? I've read on another forum that RLSS is pretty lacking/poor with customer service so they're getting their distributors to start handling it?

Hello,

As with most products all warranty complaints will go though us first. Once the claim comes in we will deal with it with our distributor. We always make sure our clients are taken care of.

Unfortunately, Monday is a civic holiday and Canada Post is closed.
