Will you be handling warranty support for the RLSS products that you sell? I've read on another forum that RLSS is pretty lacking/poor with customer service so they're getting their distributors to start handling it?

Hello,

As with most products all warranty complaints will go though us first. Once the claim comes in we will deal with it with our distributor. We always make sure our clients are taken care of.
