Default solenoid help?

So I've got an aquamedic solenoid for my co2 and its hooked up to my aquatronica, turns on at about pH 6.5 off at pH 6.2. Lately it turns off but not on. I've had to turn it on manually when I remember. Sometimes it turns on if I do it through the aquatronica but for the most part I have to actually unplug it and plug it back in.

Is it on the fritz or does there have to be a certain pressure from the co2 tank to trip it or something? I'm going to try a few other things with the aquatronica but other than that I have no idea what is going on. Any ideas??

Thanks

Default

i would use a multimeter and check if the solonoid is getting its rated voltage from the controller, if its low then it could hold on but not have enough juice to pull in or drop out.
