Default Maintenance Tracking Software

What kind do you use? I am trying to find a good program to track as much data as possible. Any recommendations?

I have signed up for tankprofiler. Being a slacker for water changes, testing etc. I hope this will motivate me to get onto a good maintenance schedule.

I was a little put off by them demanding my name, address etc. It's creepy to give out personal information to a stranger on the internet. I put a fake name and address though.
