lol. It's so true. Just think of his little trip as a nice fresh water dip to ensure no parasites. People do freshwater dips for up to 10 minutes sometimes so 30 seconds wouldn't harm it at all.

Yup the lil guy rly loves to suicide and succeeded this time lol. Went right over the tank and behind the closed window blinds somehow.

awe poor guy =[

my purple firefish jumped like mad when she was first put in the tank. After all the stories I have heard, I think I will always have a covered top!

Firefish will always find a hole to jump through and will make it through the most ridiculously small hole too. They're like an octopus that way

i got a lot of pond netting. its not gonna block too much light is it? i use to have a plexiglass cover but it became such a hassle taking it out and wiping off the moisture each day so i took it off
