Very interesting! What's mouth look like & I can't notice if there is any gill from the photo or I'll think that it looks like a bat fish of some kind.

I'm thinking that it is a sea slug of some variety.

It is Glaucus atlanticus.

Edit:
According to this article (http://www.seaslugforum.net/find/glauatla) they feed almost exclusively on Physalia (hydroids). It is probably not a good choice for an aquarium, as food could be in short supply (unless one has a booming population of colonial hydroids . . . though I think these guys prefer the Portuguese Man of War).

I feel these would be very hard to keep alive for any long length of time!
