Note to self.... When rewiring your new light fixture and plug in to see what that cord lights up... Be sure to unplug said cord before cut it.... You may ruin your brand new wire cutter you bought for the job. And set off the smoke alarm..oops lol I need another drink

Heh I am new at this ca reactor thing but I agree, I am leaning more towards the regulator, solenoid or plumbing in between, that was dangling there where little children could play with it the couple days the tank was gone<had it in over last weekend>

past the solenoid everything appeared to be working ok, heh funny thing is i was just going to test parameters tonight to make sure it was dialled in properly after ignoring testing all week.I just hope i get it sorted out before going back to work NEXT monday heh.

<edit> what is this little brass piece i found on the floor a few days ago with an o'ring on both sides, funny i see it sitting here beside the computer while typing this post.. i wonder.....

<second edit> GRRRRRRRRRRRRR

on another note

it is much harder trying to pull apart a well built tank with thick glass than little dinky tanks with thin glass. the blades i have don't stick in deep enough to make it easy i guess new blades are on tomorrows shopping list
