So apparently xylene helps quite a bit when it comes to running old fuel through the system

I used to use it to boost the octane rating for my street bike so I added enough to go from 87 to 94 to the tank (I doubt the fuel in the tank could still be considered 87 anymore)

Runs perfectly smooth now and starts like it should

I used to put a bit of xylene into the tank just before aircare. Motor runs a little hotter then. Brings down the numbers, except for NOx

I always used methyl hydrate for aircare

Mohawk premiium had ethyl. Add a little xylene... good to go
You have to watch methyl hydrate. Too much and it ate the rubber in the gas line/ carb gaskets.
