It is a psychedelic fish (Synchiropus picturatus), it is a type of Dragonet.

Mandarins are a bit different, and they are not Gobies, they are dragonets. But they are refered to as "gobies"

ok qestion, the coral that the Mandarin is on? i have the same thing, i got it from a friend and i know nothing about, what kind of coral is it?

Nice tank!

IYWMO-you may want to slow down on your coral additions for awhile though and let your system balance out a little, adding too much too soon usually spells disaster or lot's of headaches. I run a prizm on 27gl and it's barely keeping up, so I would upgrade to something like a Euroreef
When I started reefing I made a rule to myself of only one coral or fish per month, not that I couldn't afford more it was simply to allow the system to adjust slowly to the incrasing bioload
