Yeah, both sps and lps, but this light is very "directional". It shines straight down, so you can get shadows. They make a 120 degree reflector that you can swap out, but they run ~20$ a piece, to replace the 90 degree ones it comes with.
the intensity of the light is really a breeze to program, so you can ramp it up to whatever you need to get light to the bottom of your Tank. Sps and lps weren't a problem. I picked up the light before the dollar went to garbage and it still ran $950. I'm looking for $700.
