oh my goodness, 68 people have made requests.
this was a random opportunity that came up, but i cudnt take advantage of it. i was very pleased that there are other canreef members who can, so i've arranged for 2 giving and helpful canreefers to have the items. thx to all who texted me.

Free items: store shut down
the 2 guys who wanted it all, have backed out.
looking for someone to take the whole lot or half the lot: over 50 tanks, 40- 200g, drilled for overflow all the shelving units 3 frag tanks, 72" square, on stands 4 or 5 tank stands 50, 48" flourescent lighting fixtures barrel full of used bulbs 2000g acrylic tank, on stand a big pile of PVC plumbing, ball valves/unions 2 black acrylic 48" cubes big bag of diatom powder 15 foot protein skimmer misc other stuff... all will be dumped in a month available 8:00-4:00 Richmond text: REMOVED i can send pix Last edited by WarDog; 03-05-2016 at 12:18 AM.

Co-op store/space?
someone suggested what im proposing is a Canreef Co-op store. i grew up in the 80's so i dont really know the concept.
is it owned and managed by Canreef members, with volunteers aswell as hired staff? so we dont buy and sell like a store, and just use the aquaruim work shop/space for our own communal use? do we crowd source for funds or get a government co-op business grant, to lease a space? pls post replies here if anyone wants to initiate this Canreef Co-op store/space.
