Default An Update

Alrighty, since people keep bugging me, I'll post some update pictures. The tank has been doing "ok." I've been having a terrible time with microbubbles (I think there is a pinhole leak where the pump faceplate joins the pump). As a result, I think some of my corals aren't as colorful as they use to be.

Random Acro Picture...see the Acro Crab?:

Blue Ridge Coral...the brown coral with the bright blue skeleton:

Clowns in their BTA's (now have 3 BTA's):

Brown with baby blue tips and brown with green (use to be purple ) tips acros. In the background you can see my orange cap that is finally bouncing back after losing most of its tissue (oddly enough though, the polyps remained even after the tissue was gone):

Side View, Acro, Acro Frag, Blue Ridge Coral, Monti Cap

Brown with green tip (use to be purple tip) acro:

Red (turned green) Millipora from Jonathan:

Brown cap (use to be purple ) with bright purple polyps:

New DIY skimmer in the works:

New pump and valves:

Yeah, went Starboard just to see what all the hoopla was about. I actually quite like it this way. You really don't know how much your snails poop until you go BB. I can honestly say that I do notice much more polyp extension on my SPS though. That could be complete coincidence though.

Yep. 2 1" uniseals and 2 1/2" uniseals that I have to plug now since I changed my design.

I need a couple ½" ones.

I have a pair of unused 1/2" ones that we can trade something for. I got mine from AquaticEcoSystems. That place sells everything...including clear PVC fittings!

Its unfortunate that I couldn't retain the original colors...looks like I have a lot of work to do water chemistry wise.
