Question RBTA health

I have RBTA in a mixed reef system. It seemed very healthy and was eating well until I introduced a mated pair of marroon clownfish. The female clown is fairly large and engages the RBTA rather aggressively, or at least it seems that way. The anenome has retreated behind a rock, leaving very little of itself exsposed. At what point should you consider removing the anenome? I'm concerned about it dying and releasing toxins. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
